What not to send here
Quotes, tenders and contractor disputes. This site does not price individual jobs, does not recommend named trades, and cannot act as an intermediary between a homeowner and a builder. For anything with money already committed, the route is a chartered surveyor or a solicitor, not a website.
Response time
Most messages are answered within two to four working days. Corrections with a citable source are handled first, because they affect everyone who reads the page afterwards. Messages asking for free design advice generally do not get a reply.
